Constitution of the Global Order of Darkness

Committing the oldest sins in the newest kind of ways.


Introductory Clause

The following is the Constitution of the Global Order of Darkness, hereby known as the GOD.

Article I: Membership

Section I: Alliance Affiliation

All members of the GOD will wear the affiliation "Global Order of Darkness" as their Alliance Affiliation. Failure to do so temporarily voids that nations membership within the GOD.

Article II: Government

Section I: Structure

The GOD will be governed by a Dark Council headed by the Dark Lord and Regent.

Each chair in the Dark Council will have a specified role:

Lord of War
Lord of the Interior
Lord of Diplomacy

Section II: Delegated Powers

The Lords will have authority over their given departments.

The Dark Lord must sign off on all pacts that obligate defense, or aid.

The Dark Lord must sign off on all alliance wars, however, the Dark Lord does not have to sign off on defensive operations against those who attack the Order.

Section III: Triumvirate

The Dark Council will be appointed by the Dark Lord. The Dark Lord may choose to review and appoint a new Dark Council at the beginning of each month.

Section IV: Regent

The Regent serves as an overseer of the alliance, and adviser to the Dark Lord. In the event of the Dark Lord resigning, the Regent assumes his position.

Article III: Misc

Section I: Constitution

The Constitution may be amended, at any time, with a majority vote from the Dark Council and confirmation by the Regent.

Spelling and grammatical errors may be fixed without a vote, however, a post must be made detailing what was fixed.

Section II: Symbols

All symbols of the GOD, including but not limiting to the peace-time and war-time flags, will be designated by the Dark Lord.

Section III: Name

The alliance name, GOD, may be changed with a majority vote from the Dark Council.

Lord of Diplomacy: Big_Z
